Information you provide
Estimate requests include your name, contact details, vehicle information, and description of damage. Customer accounts may also contain repair updates, appointments, documents, photos, and messages. This information is used to respond to your request and support your repair.
Account access and service providers
Authentication and application records are handled through Supabase when the service is connected. The website is hosted by its deployment provider. Customer records are restricted to the associated account and authorized staff. Passwords are managed by the authentication provider; the shop does not receive a readable copy.
Information on your device
The app caches public pages and app files for offline access. Saving a repair summary for offline viewing is optional and should be enabled only on a device you control. Saved summaries remain accessible on that device while offline. Signing out or selecting “Remove saved information” clears the private offline copy and unsent message queue. Browser storage can be evicted by your browser.
Notifications and messages
Push notifications require your permission and can be disabled in browser settings. Queued messages are stored locally until a connection is available and your account can be verified. Do not send financial account details, identity documents, or payment card numbers through the message center.
Your choices
Contact the shop using the phone number on the contact page to discuss access to or correction of your records, account closure, or questions about retention. Records needed for an active repair or applicable recordkeeping requirements may be retained. This site does not include advertising trackers or analytics by default.
